Okanogan Country offers a variety of boating opportunities, from canoeing and rowboating to water skiing, houseboating, whitewater rafting and jet skiing.
     Spectators can take in hydroplane races in Pateros and Oroville.
     Some lakes have restrictions on water skiing for safety and noise reasons, and motor types to protect fish - they are restricted to electric motors at some lakes.
