Parks for every purpose
Looking for a place to park it for the night or just to spread out a picnic lunch? We've got parks for every purpose in Okanogan Country.
You'll find quiet, green city parks - some with amenities as simple as grass and a picnic table and others with fitness trails, ball parks, skateboard ramps, boat launches and playground equipment. Our state parks offer swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, picnicking, historical information, handicapped-accessible amenities and camping. Some even offer adjacent golf courses.
You can camp at city, county, state, tribal, provincial and federal facilities - some primitive, others with full RV hookups.
And then there's Okanogan Country's national park - North Cascades National Park, in the heart of America's alps.
